The tastefully decorated 'very large' lounge area (80 m2 ) has a mixture of designs.  A leather suite and slate coffee table offers modern comfort in the TV area, which has Satellite television, a DVD and Video player.
Whilst another area, with antique furniture, provides a more traditional place to listen to music on the CD player provided for your entertainment.
There is a large wood burning stove for colder evenings.

From the beamed living room you can step out into the lawned garden which has palms, pine parasol, a large hazelnut tree, shrubs and flowers and the private pool area.
The pool complies with French Regulations and has had a pool alarm fitted.

Doors on the other side of the lounge lead onto a fully secure decked terrace over the mill stream, which has trout in season, here you can sit looking over the surrounding meadow and trees.
Parking is available for your car in the front courtyard - and the open barn area offers you one of the many places for family barbeques.

Just imagine yourself sitting on a warm summers evening sampling the local specialities and wines.

The Grange games room has table football, bumper pool table, electronic darts board and table tennis.

The large open plan first floor kitchen/dining area, with its own wood burning stove, is fully equipped with a dishwasheKitchenr, microwave, new air-vented fridge/freezer, coffee machine and bread maker, a new five burner double size gas oven and lots of other personal touches to help you enjoy your stay.

We will leave you with all the usual kitchen essentials - including cook books and on the balcony a pot of fresh herbs to pick.

A ‘Welcome Pack’ awaits your arrival so that you don't have to rush to the local shops.

From the first floor kitchen you can step out onto the covered balcony area, which has a large wooden table benches and chairs and also the added feature of a chandelier with candles, making it an ideal outside eating area.

There is also a children's bench on the patio below.
The large laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area.

There are six tastefully decorated bedrooms (one with a large en-suite shower room) all have linen in soft restful shades to help you relax and enjoy your stay and lots of little added features. to help you feel at home : the millstream king size bedded room, en-suite family bedroom with double and single beds, twin millstream bedroom, the Owl House family bedroom with a double and single bed.

There is also another double bedroom and a bunk (and/or twin) bedroom room which look out over the pool and rear garden.

The beams, exposed stone and brickwork all adds to the charm and character of the bedrooms rooms.

As well as the en-suite shower room there is also a large family size bathroom and another shower room.

Your own floodlit private pool (8m x 4m) is set in the lawned garden, with a new covered pergola area for wining and dining - sun loungers, chairs and parasols.

We only ask that you bring your own 'waterproof' sun cream - pool towels can now be hired.

Laze in the sun with only the sound of birds and the millstream to disturb you.

Badminton and boules (provided) can be played on the lawn at the side of the pool or in the meadow.

A large barbeque has been built under the shade of the trees for ‘al fresco’ dining on those long hot summer evenings, a drinks trolley and yet another eating area with a tiled top table and chairs.  A further gas barbeque can be placed anywhere in the garden.

This year we have added a wooden garden swing under the shade of the hazelnut tree.

The millhouse is ideally situated for exploring many of the local attractions. The Périgord Blanc’s many beautiful towns and villages - Brantôme, Bergerac, Auberterre, Périgueux etc. Its history, wines and gastronomic specialities are all close at hand.
